Duties
The Package Pickup Attendant is a federal work-study position intended to serve the residents on campus. Attendants will:
  • Work a set schedule of 4-8 hours per week
  • Verify the user’s identity and log out packages as they are picked up
  • Use the highest level of professionalism when addressing students, guests, or others who utilize the package pickup window
  • Answer general questions from residents and visitors
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions and meetings
  • Complete other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications
  • UHSP student
  • Awarded federal work-study
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Must be able to work independently with strict attention to detail
  • Ability to use good judgment and exercise discretion

Compensation
$ 13.00 per hour.
 
Location
The Package Pickup Window is located on the first floor of the South Residence Hall. Hours of operation are:
  • Monday-Friday: 11 am- 7 pm
  • Saturday: 11 am- 3 pm
  • Sunday: CLOSED
