A Transfer Orientation Leader (TOL) is a student who assists the Director of Academic Engagement with the planning and implementation of the transfer orientation program at the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis. The TOL role is a vital part of the student transition, and without these student leaders, the program would not be a success.
