Job Summary:
RAS front desk assistant is a student employee for Office of Student Affairs who will staff RAS Front Desk (in 2-4 hour shifts) during business and non-business hours. The attendants will be responsible for providing customer service, enforcing residence hall visitor policies, and completing various assigned projects.

Current Hours Available: Monday through Friday between 8:30am-12:00pm.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
·      Customer Service - creating a welcoming and helpful environment at the front desk as well as greeting and providing assistance to campus constituents in person and by phone. Creating and maintaining organized and hospitable front desk environment and checking out available supplies, as assigned;
·      Making Food Deliveries – student attendants will be responsible for making food deliveries to students who have to stay in their dorm rooms due to temporary quarantine. Attendants will follow specific process including food delivery schedule as assigned.
Meal times: Breakfast 8:30am, Lunch 11:00am, and Dinner 4:30pm;
·      General Administrative Responsibilities - assist the student affairs staff with special projects, general research and data entry tasks, filing, making copies or deliveries, as assigned;
·      Assist with Departmental Programs and Events including creating advertisements, maintaining bulletin boards (post/remove flyers weekly), and managing student affairs calendar with upcoming events;
·      Following and Enforcing Res Hall Visitor Policies and Procedures – working with campus security and RA staff.
